2. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server by Hostinger International Ltd. in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). The managed hosting service for OpenClaw instances is provided via Hetzner Online GmbH (Nuremberg/Falkenstein, Germany). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with both providers. Hetzner Online GmbH is ISO 27001 certified.

3. Server Log Files

Each time our website is accessed, the server automatically records: IP address, access timestamp, requested URLs, referrer information, browser type, and operating system. This data is stored for 7 days and is used exclusively for security and website operation.

4. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Only a localStorage entry for the language preference (German/English) is stored. This remains locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted on our own server in the EU). Plausible does NOT collect personal data, does NOT set cookies, and does NOT require a cookie banner. All data is processed on our own server in the EU. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Email Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an EU-based email service. Registration uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Contact

When you contact us by email, your name, email address, and message content are stored. This data is used exclusively for processing your inquiry and is retained for 3 years after the last communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

8. No External Resources

This website does NOT load any external resources from US servers (no Google Fonts, no Google Analytics, no CDN scripts). All fonts and scripts are hosted locally. The connection is encrypted end-to-end with SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

9. Managed Hosting (OpenClaw Instances)

When using our managed hosting, the following data is processed: email address, payment data (via Stripe), usage data of the OpenClaw instance. All data is stored on Hetzner servers in Germany (Frankfurt/Nuremberg). Payments are processed via Stripe (EU).

10. Your Rights
