Website Visits

Each time our website is accessed, the server automatically records: IP address, access timestamp, requested URLs, referrer information, browser type, and operating system. This data is stored for 7 days and is used exclusively for security and website operation.

Contact Form & Email

When you contact us by email, your name, email address, and message content are stored. This data is used exclusively for processing your inquiry and is retained for 3 years after the last communication.

Language Preference

Your language selection (German/English) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data is not transmitted to our servers.

• Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg/Falkenstein, Germany (ISO 27001 certified, DPA in place)
• Newsletter: Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), EU-based email service (DPA in place)
• Payments: Stripe (EU), for managed hosting subscriptions
• Authorities: Only when legally required

There is no transfer to third countries outside the EU.

4. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Only a localStorage entry for the language preference is stored. This remains locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted on our own server in the EU). Plausible does not collect personal data, does not set cookies, and does not require a cookie banner. All data is processed on our own server in the EU. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Email Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Registration uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Managed Hosting

When using our managed hosting, the following data is processed: email address, payment data (via Stripe), usage data of the OpenClaw instance. All data is stored on Hetzner servers in Germany (Frankfurt/Nuremberg).

8. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for security purposes. This ensures that data you transmit to us is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.
